Mission Statement


Develop and promote safe, nonlethal, and humane control programs for free
roaming cats.

Provide education about the necessity and benefits of the humane management
of feral and stray cats.

Encourage individuals to implement feral cat Trap/Neuter/Vaccinate/Return
(TNVR) programs in their  neighborhoods.

Provide information to community members about the humane trapping of feral
cats.

Disseminate information to feral cat caregivers regarding the proper, long term
management of felines in feral cat colonies.  Feral cats are to have access to
food, water, shelter, and appropriate medical treatment.

Arrange for veterinarians to spay/neuter, vaccinate, and provide other medical
care for feral cats.

Attempt to rehome or arrange for the adoption of any socialized, stray cats, or
kittens that are caught during the trapping process.

Acquire statistics regarding individual feral cats and their colonies.
